The use of life jackets is mandatory in all water programs.
In Riviera Maya, this experience is available for groups of up to 10 people.
Infants aged 1 to 5 years and children with a height of up to 1.20 m / 47.24 in / 3.93 ft must be accompanied by one paying adult. They will join basic activities, as long as the life jacket fits properly.
Children from 6 to 12 years old with a height greater than 1.21m / 47.63in / 3.96ft and a height less than 1.40m / 55.11in / 4.59ft can do the experience accompanied by 1 paid adult.
Children 13 years and older with a height greater than 1.40m / 55.11in / 4.59ft must pay their ticket as an adult and can swim alone.
Guests are not permitted to swim wearing any jewelry or accessories that may detach or fall off during the interaction.
For security reasons, the use of cameras in the water is prohibited. Professional photos will be available for sale.
Photo Package available during the online purchase process. This package is individual, and photos cannot be combined with another person.
Admission for companions at Aquaventuras Park costs $25 USD per adult and $19 USD per child aged 4 -11 years old.
Non-swimmers can take photos and videos from their position.
Locker service is included with your Dolphin swim experience purchase. However, you must leave a $50 MXN deposit, which will be returned when you return the locker key in the same condition.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the park.
The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages is only for adults.
Extreme activities are available at an additional cost: Ziplines and The Challenge, at $60 MXN per person per activity.
Older adults or people with disabilities require prior approval from the recreational area supervisors to participate in extreme activities.

IMPORTANT: We are currently NOT accepting cash payments in US dollars at our location. We only accept Mexican pesos in cash or credit/debit card payments in pesos and dollars.

Recommendations

It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your experience. Remember, you will receive a short briefing before your swim.
For safety reasons, expectant mothers of 5 months or more can't participate in any of our aquatic activities. However, expectant mothers of less than 5 months can only participate in the Encounter experience if accompanied by another paid adult and after signing a waiver.
Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment, and marine species.

Safety policies for participating in extreme activities

Appropriate footwear (sneakers) is required.
Minimum height 40 kg and Maximum 105 kg
Ages 5 and up, with a minimum height of 1.30 m, as long as the harness fits the child properly.
Participation is not allowed for pregnant women or for individuals with heart problems, asthma, high or low blood pressure, respiratory issues, epilepsy, diabetes, acrophobia, those taking heart medication, or any other major medical condition.
