How can I book for my group?

Is very easy!! Just click in the link Book Online, choose the program you would like to do and the number of participants. Then after check out, add your billing information and automatically the discount will be applied in your shopping cart review.

Conditions for group reservations

To apply this promotion groups must book the same program, schedule and date.

• No refunds apply for cancellations made within 4 days prior to your scheduled program.
• All our programs operate with shine or rain; therefore no refunds apply for bad weather, unless Dolphin Discovery group decides to cancel any program.
• All changes are subject to availability.
• All refunds derived from the reduction of the number of participants, from the total cancellation of the reservation or from any other reason are subject to a 10% administrative fee on the total payment of the services.
• For safety reasons and with no exception, the participation of pregnant women is not allowed in any of our water programs.
• If any of your participants present any physical or mental limitation, please contact us before booking. Reservations for special needs are only on request and subject to authorization of the location manager.
