In this Sea Lion encounter in Vallarta by Dolphin Discovery , you'll get the opportunity to meet and interact with these adorable creatures.

This experience includes fun activities that will make you laugh while you learn incredible facts and characteristics about Sea Lions. You will learn about their diet and the differences between Sea Lions and seals, and you will even get the chance to feed and pet them.

After your amazing Sea Lion Encounter at Dolphin Discovery Vallarta, you can continue the fun at Aquaventuras Park, the water park in Vallarta. The waterslides await, making your day truly unforgettable!

Additional Info

This program is only suitable for children aged 10 and over who are at least 1.40m / 55.11in / 4.59ft tall and must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased the Sea Lion Discovery program.
Wearing life jackets is mandatory during your Sea Lions Encounter experience.
Rates and schedules may vary depending on selected dates.
For the safety of our Marine Mammals and guests, the use of personal cameras is not allowed in the water. Professional photos will be available for purchase.
Non-swimmer companions may take photos and videos from their position.

Admission for companions at Aquaventuras Park costs $25 USD per adult and $19 USD per child aged 4-11.
Locker service is included with your Sea Lions Encounter purchase. However, you must leave a $50 MXN deposit, which will be returned when you return the locker key in the same condition.
Extreme activities are available at an additional cost: Zip lines and The Challenge at $60 MXN per person for each activity.
No outside food or drinks are allowed in the park.
IMPORTANT: Currently, we are NOT accepting US dollars in cash at our location. We only accept cash in mexican pesos and credit or debit card payments in both pesos and dollars.

Recommendations

For safety reasons, pregnant women are not allowed to participate in the Sea Lion Encounter experience in Vallarta.
It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your experience. Remember, our Specialists will give you an orientation before your encounter with the Sea Lions in Vallarta.

Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment, and our beloved Sea Lions.

To participate in the Zip Line, Climbing Wall and Challenge activities, participants must fulfill the following:

+5 years old or as long as the harness fits.
Minimun weight of 90 lbs and 240 lbs maximun.
Pregnant woman are not allowed to participate.
Not suffering from heart problems, high blood pressure, breathing problems, epilepsy, diabetes and acrophobia.
